Kedai24 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Kedai24 as the platform operator. These Terms govern all use of the services, products, and content provided by Kedai24.

By registering as a Kedai24 member, making any deposit or using any service on this platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each available on the relevant pages.

• These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying users.
• These Terms are to be read alongside all policies, guidelines, and supplementary procedures issued by Kedai24 from time to time.
• This Bahasa Melayu version is the primary document; in the event of any discrepancy with other translated versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Kedai24 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible before using this platform.

• You are at least 21 years old or older at the date of registration.
• You are an individual separate from any Kedai24 staff, partners or agents.
• You register and play for yourself only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• Your account has never been closed by Kedai24 for a previous terms violation.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion program on any gaming platform.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) account only at Kedai24. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• Valid Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Bank account details in the same name as your Kedai24 account.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account held under the same name as the registered Kedai24 account.
• Kedai24 does not accept payments using another person's credit card or third-party accounts.

Kedai24 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus carries a different wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• All bonuses are for one-time use only unless clearly stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
• Unused bonuses within the stipulated validity period will expire automatically.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is strictly prohibited.
• Kedai24 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of fraud or system abuse.

• Game outcomes are determined by a validated and certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• For Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by a real dealer using physical gaming equipment.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Kedai24 will review server records to determine a fair outcome.
• Legitimately earned wins will be credited to your account balance automatically.

Kedai24 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the Kedai24 support team immediately. We will freeze your account while an investigation is carried out to protect your balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the Kedai24 support team. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus balances with unfulfilled requirements) will be returned to you once all verifications are completed.

Kedai24 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Request by relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kedai24 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence.

Kedai24's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Kedai24 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Kedai24 platform after any amendments means you accept the revised Terms.
